The founder of Cooper NDT, Dwayne Cooper, is a NDT professional with the skills and experience to effectively
manage and control many aspects of the Nondestructive Testing (NDT) process.

Mr. Cooper received his training as a Nondestructive Inspection (NDI) specialist with the United States Air Force
where he honed his skills in each major NDT method on several USAF aircraft and aircraft support equipment.
He became proficient in Radiography Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Liquid Penetrant Testing
(PT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Eddy Current Testing (ET),

Re-entering the civilian workforce, Mr. Cooper continued his NDT career quickly proving his abilities as a NDT
Level 2 in each major NDT method in the petrochemical, paper and pulp, fire equipment, and metals
manufacturing industries.

Acquiring his American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) Level 3 certification, Mr. Cooper continued
his training of personnel in NDT, but also took on responsibilities such as auditing and procedure development.
Holding the position as NDT Responsible Level 3 position for major metals and forging manufacturing
companies, Mr. Cooper continued his strive for quality being involved in several projects of capital
improvements, procedural revisions and NDT training improvements.

In an effort to build his standing in the NDT community and beyond, Mr. Cooper has been a contributing
member of many task groups and organizations including ASNT, Nadcap, API, and AMS.  Currently a practicing
Level 3, and Quality Systems Auditor.
